  • Logistics and Services Software and infrastructure cost optimization for all brands acquired by Maersk globally (Pilot, Performance Team, LF Logistics, Senator, KGH, B2C....) with 15m USD savings using a 3 step framework: Discover, Analyze and Implement

Key achievement:


  • Migration of Enterprise wide firewall infrastructure for the company (25.000 users) without major incident
  • Implementation of MS Teams Enterprise Voice for all Maersk offices in Europa and Africa (migration from Legacy Cisco IP Telephony to MS Teams Enterprise Voice)
  • Implementation of an IT infrastructure fit for purpose to support the Cold Store facility for Maersk India

All this project was handled end to end by playing the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring/controlling and closing successfully those projects

- LAN upgrade from a flat network to service based VLAN network

- Backup Datacenter deployment to ensure high availability of service offering

- Liquid Automation system to reduce fuel footprint within the company

- Vehicle fleet geolocation project - Mine dispatch system implementation

- Managing the IT side of the Expansion project in Compagnie des Bauxites de Guinée. The mine had to increase its production from 17K tones to 27K tones in two different phases during 5 years.
