- I coordinated the entire team and operations defined to respond to the diphtheria outbreak (Medical, logistic, supply, HR and Finance)
- I established and enhanced relationship with local stakeholders including the local ministry of Health authorities for a better support of our activities

- I implemented and revised the security SoPs to mitigate risks exposure for the project team
- I established relationship and built network with the State Government authorities as well as other partners (INGOs and UN agencies), to achieve advocacy objectives and support our intervention in Maiduguri
- I advised and supported the Head of Mission (in my role of Deputy), in most of the operational decision making regarding the other country projects (Nutritional project in Kebbi State and lassa fever project in the South East Ebonyi State).

- I managed the project coordinators team as first line manager (Medical, logistic & Supply, Hr & Finance Responsible)
- I managed the project budget through overseeing the project expenses to be sure that we were still within the budget framework according to the annual plan and forecast.
- I established and built network with local authorities and other partners including those in South Africa (local and INGOs, Government entities) to support our activities and achieve regional migration & health advocacy objectives.
- I actively participated in the conduct of the mobility survey to identify migration issues and health priorities regarding migrants crossing the border towards South Africa
