KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
a/Inspection Request
• QA/QC Admin will coordinate the necessary Contractor’s Inspection Request (IR) in accordance with the Work Instruction (I0016-1000-Q-WIT-00001) to ensure PMT QC Team are provided with the support and timely documentation to perform the activity.
• Contractor will submit the RFI’s for site inspection and tests, in accordance with the required PMT intervention points on the approved ITP, by 1500 hrs, latest, the previous workday.
b) Meetings
• QA/QC Admin will coordinate Company QA/QC Team and Contractor Quality Meetings weekly, by providing facilities, timing, attendees, agenda, and action list updates to ensure effective and efficient reporting of areas of concern, current and upcoming activities. Records of the meetings are maintained and distributed accordingly by the Contractors for information and timely follow up or action. As per Company policy every meeting will begin with a Safety moment.
c) Document Management
• QA/QC Admin will provide control for (2) types of Document Management, the first being recognized as Formal Control via the Company InEight, Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), which addresses all document deliverables identified within Schedule N and supporting documentation which includes NCRs, CARs, and Audit Reports.
• The second method of control will be managed through Project Share Point, which will include documentation such as personnel training, QA/QC weekly reports and tracking registers for IRs (I0016-1000-Q-REG-00007), QSRs (I0016-1000-Q-REG-00002) and NCRs (I0016-1000-Q-REG-00001).
• QAQC Admin will ensure the updating of the NCR & QSR & IR Register, tracking system and safe keeping.
Description Target:
Quality Surveillance (QSR) 3 SR per week and/or 12 per month Closure of (QSR) 14-days from issuance date NCR closure (by PMT) 95 % (14-days upon receipt by the Responsible party) Inspection request 100% attendance (W/H) Critical Risk Management (CRM) 8 CRM per month.
