· Training system stakeholders in ISO 9001: 2015, in process management, problem solving methods and tools;

• Development of process flow charts with process pilots and co-pilots
• Development of system documentation (Quality Manual, procedures, instructions, forms);
• The implementation of activity legislation monitoring;
• The definition of a risk and opportunity monitoring system;
