  • In relation with the external vendors to resolve all DW issues reported by tickets and based on the SLA. Ensure that the backups policy is followed as well.
  • Monitor DW system's availability, reliability, performance, and support Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Reconcile DW reports with other sources to secure proper consistency.
  • Perform the daily monitoring of DW service logic and service behavior including analysis, reporting service fault/irregularities and propose solution to fix them.
  • Generate all agreed Business Performance reports on time with the quality required.
